Best friends Mac and Vince are the problem-solvers at their school. They operate out of a little-used bathroom with a strange past. For a small fee they can provide solutions to life's problems, anything from test answers to dating advice to protection from bullies. Business is good until high school boss Staples moves in his gambling racket, and with it, The Collector.
I liked this book, mostly for its odd characters, especially the bullies Mac hires: Nubby, Little Paul, Snapper, The Hutt, iBully, Great White, PrepSchool and Kitten. The side plot about Mac and Vince getting to the Cubs games is not too interesting, but the rest of the story moves quickly. Three books in the series.
